Could I be seeing the code from my tranny and not my ecu. When I pull up the carpet on the passenger side the light is flashing red. 1 long and 4 short and if i short the plug out my sport light is what flashed the code 14 to me. Is that a tranny code or something else and If it is a tranny code than what is it trying to tell me?

Ok I just thought of something. What if the ecu I put in doesnt work well with my setup. I put in a pt6 in the hope of extra power. I dont have a f22a6 mani or anything else. Pretty much all stock. Now I understand that there are different types of tranny computers for these motors as well. What if mine just dont work with eachother. Like maybe I need to go back to a pt3 ecu and see what happenes.No longer working on the cb. To much time and money has been put into it. Cry cry, Instead of telling me to search use your vaste knowledge and tell people what there fucking problems are, you bunch of holier than anyone else jerk offs. It happens to be a tranny code that is reading a problem with the main relay. Not complet;y dead but on its way out so time to buy a new one.

Actually guru they dont read codes you are right!!!! Code 14 means a problem with the pgm-fi system, which after reading haynes and shopkey it says to check the main relay especially if when the car is warm you have a hard time starting the car which akwardly enough I do.
And about yesterdays response sorry for being a dick, I forgot to take my meds but really flaming people for not searching around especially on a more diffucult subject just makes this site look bad and makes the people doing it worse. If you are tired of repeating your answers all the time they dont be on this site. Get in your beautiful super powered car that you know so much about and drive it. Well aussie humor sure is helping now. I busted my thermostat housing today while bleeding my coolant. On top of that my fast idle valve is messed up and my main relay is on the shits. I have spring break in 2 days and I am pretty stuck. I fucking hate today!!No longer working on the cb. To much time and money has been put into it. I dated an aussie (she was nuts) but i got used to the humor. Thats how i know it. Way new parts tommorow and then headaches of reinstall.
