Too lazy...what to get for tuneup?

I haven't changed the spark plugs or any of that stuff and I've put a solid 30k on my car. When we got it we immediately did the timing belt service which I imagine came with all the bells and whistles...Other than spark plugs, a cap and rotors (do we even have those?), and maybe spark plug wires what do I need for a basic tune up?

Dude you have 2,329 posts. You've gotta know something about a cb7, or at least teh search button by now. Sounds to me like a 2,328 post deduction is necessary.

Searching will help. Do your tranny fluid, oil change if you havent done it yet, plugs/wires, cap and rotor. That should help out a lil. Im pretty sure there are more things to do but you can search for the rest.

Nah I'm just kidding. I searched for tune-up before under the technical thing but couldn't find any definitive info. Here's a post I found though:

          item - brand - price

          Oil - ? - $? (how much do I need for a JDM H22? I haven't done it myself on this engine yet! )
          Oil filter- ? - $3?
          Fuel filter - ? - $10?
          Spark plugs - NGK - $?
          Wires - NGK - $?
          Cap - ? - $?
          Rotor - ? - $?
          O2 sensor - Bosch - $30 (eBay smart shopping )
Battery - ? - $? (cheap... Yellow Top is my goal in the near future...)

I'm also considering changing my tranny oil. Perhaps adding some synchromesh to it.

Any suggestions on brands, price, or other things to change would be greatly appreciated!

And to answer the obvious question... I always took my car to Texaco to have they change my oil and check everything else in 10 minutes for $27. The savings in time was worth it to me, and still is. I'm just in the mood to do it myself now!
I just got my oil changed, and I just changed my air filt3r...so basically it's just the ignition stuff? Seems easy enough...

You know what's funny though? I've done my springs, my radiator, a UCA and a radius rod...but I have yet to change my oil! Being under the car gives me the heeby jeebies...

But yea I'll go pick some of the stuff up tomorrow I guess...
