Sounds like your car might not be compensating enough for electronic load. Load drags the idle down, but it should correct itself right away (when working properly).

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

I would check the condition of all your grounds.... make sure they are nice, if they are corroded (green) or rusted, replace them, that should take care of most of that problem..

It's probably the rear engine mount. Since the front mount was bad, you probably ruined the rear one from too much movement of the engine.

I DOn't Necessarily Think It Is A Motor Mount-

The guy is saying that his car "vibrates" when he uses the electrical components like power windows. If it were a bad Motor Mount then it would vibrate all the time.

THe problem is that the guy is saying "Vibration". What is really happening is that the idle is dropping making it run a little rougher. I agree with accordafafair. What he needs to do it pull of his Negative (-) battery cable (the BLACK one) and take a post cleaner or metal brush and scrub down the battery post and ring that goes around the post to get any corrosion off then BATHE the post and ring in Rust Penetrant/Lubricant and reattach. This is what I did... and it allows the Alternator to adequately judge electrical draw. If that doesn't work make sure your idle speed is @ 750. If it is too low adjust it higher.
Why? Because... Life Happens @ 4500 RPM
