after finishing swaping the engine on a 90 accord ex (engine swaped is 92dx came from a manual trans.) i noticed two things. first the check engine light doesn't go out and second my automatic trans shifts at 3000 rpm and the car bangs a lot. i checked the mounts and it seems good except the front engine mount which it's gone.
now why does my automatic trans shifts at 3000 rpm. except for the shifting the car drives better than before. it accelerates faster and better. looks like there is more horsepower and more torque.
but still why does the trans shift at 3000 rpm. anything that i might check on the ecu(that is what i read somewhere but i can't find the link anymore.)
