Right above Engine Code Stamp...Rubber Plug?

On my new 92 LX (5spd) there is, what looks like an inspection hole. I have a feeling there is suppose to be some sort of black rubber plug in there, but there isn't. Am I suppose to be able to see fluid if I look in there, because I def. can't.

    holla back.

yeah it is an inspection hole and it's used for adjusting the timing. there shouldn't be any fluids in there at all! it's ok to not have the rubber plug in place. if you can find one i would put it on for protection. rocks and debris can come in and damage the clutch/flywheel. just tape up the hole temporarily if you want.
