Does anyone know how to replace them?

after removing the door pannel, remove the plastic cover and look for;
-3 bolts holding the motor to the inner door
-2 bolts holding the regulator channel to the inner door
then you can twist and turn it out from the biggest hole on the inner door..

What about the screws on the window on the back windows. that motor has a long metal plate with it, how do you get it out? isnt part of the window attached to the regulator with screws also?

my bad..
there are 2 10mm bolts holding the glass window to the regulator channel (long metal plate) as you move the window up and down, align it to the existing holes of the inner door just so you would have access to the bolts..

i have replaced 3 out 4 of my window regulators..the best thing I can tell you is to remove your door panel and compare the new regulator to the exhisting one and go from there. it will take some time if you've never done it before. It will take some wiggling to get it out, so be patient.
