    Fan Timer Differences???

Is there a big difference between the 37740-PT7-A02 (Motorola) and the 37740-PT3-A01 (Sindengen) fan timers? Are they interchangeable? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Rick

The differences are in the circuit boards inside. The pins should be the same. They're basically just simple timer relays. Motorola is USDM and Sindengen is JDM shit. Is one better than the other? Not that I know of.

    My Accord History:
    91 EX 2dr : 91 EX 2dr : 91 LX 4dr : 93 EX 2dr : 86 LXi 2dr : 92 LX 4dr : 92 EX 4dr

That's the answer I am looking for. I'll see if this solves my fan issues.

My fan is not working while driving so my temp gauge heads towards H, but not more than 2/3 there. I usually turn on my A/C to run both fans to cool down my engine. Both fans work with A/C on. Fan in question works with connector short/jumped. Fan does work when I turn off my engine.

The only thing left to replace is my fan timer. No air in coolant, t-stat is basically new, new thermoswitch, and new ect.
