    Clutch Problem perhaps?

okay, so my brothers 91 accord lx sedan.

manual. when l give it gas, and it doesnt engage until like RiGHT to the very end, before you let your foot off. and the rpms go up then down, or soemthing like that, and your waiting for it to catch.

What would this be? The guy before him said it may need a new clutch soon.

Well if it catches high you can adjust it.....If the clutch is going out it will slip like a mofo.

He's most likely on the rivets on the clutch disc.... it's probably wearing a groove into the pressure plate like mine did when it finally wore down.

Thats exactly how my clutch disc looked when I chaged it out. If I were you I would just chage it out, can't beat the learning experience and you get a new smooth operating clutch.
