    IAB wires???

alright ive searched for a while about hooking this IAB up but theres not really what i need to know.... im putting the f22a6 intake manifold on my f22a1 engine.... i just need to know where the 2 wires on the IAB go to??? i know the redish/pinkish one is the positive, and the black is the negative.... do i just hook the redish one up to the ecu in that PIN#(????) , and the black to any ground?? damn im confused

The pink/black one is the one that goes to the ECU. Pin A17. The other wire goes to a switched 12v source. The ECU sends a GROUND signal to activate the IAB

NO you cant hook it up to the AC fuse. YOu have to hook it up to a switched 12 volt. i guess which ever one turns on with the key in the ignition. the pink/black wire goes to pin A17 on the ECU harness.

Ok my man, seems like u still might not get what others are saying here. So the IAB black box has a 2 pin connector to it. If you already have the connector, then the pink/blue wire goes from the black box through the passenger side firewall to pin A17 on the ecu. This should be empty if you d on't already have IAB's. The yellow/black wire can be run to any 12V switch as mentioned above. I wired mine to the distributor power wire. It is also a connector with two wires(one is blue and the other is black/yellow). Just wire the IAB black/yellow wire to the distributor black/yellow wire. That simple. Make sure you disconnect the negative battery terminal before you begin. Let me know if anything still isn't clear to you.

          ...adjust accordingly
