      Honda call it "air boost valve", Haynes calls it a "start valve".

        Isnt that the cold start valve? It always seems to loosen and cause idles issues with just about everyone on this site....tighten it back up and your good to go! (if that's in fact the problem of the high idle )

        or maybe not...i see something else in the second pic that looks like the cold start valve too....
