Leak could be coming from anywhere...

Heater hoses, lower radiator hose, water pump...hoses you cant see...

...how much coolant is there? is it splashed on your timing belt cover area?

its leaking alot, everytime i park the car and drive away theres a pretty big puddle. when i had the car on the lift it looked like it was coming down the timing belt cover and dripping onto the oil pan then onto the ground

^^Yah man, it sounds like your water pump is kaput sure as shit.

The water pump is located right there, under the plastic lower timing belt cover.
Good luck, this is a tough job to get too.

...when did you last do your timing belt service?
If never(im assuming you have a JDM h22), you might as well go ahead and change the timing belt, belts, water pump, seals etc.etc.

yup its the pump. i got the car on a lift again today and the pump is leaking. so i will be replacing all belts, the pump and i might even convert to a manual tensioner while i have it all ripped apart
