okay i have a friend with a cb7 with a h23 swap. he took out his cruise control and when he tried to start it the speed senor shot to 140 and now its stuck there. and when you turn the keys it doesnt do anything. no beeping noises nouthing. no hazards, no nothing. all power is gone. now he said he did not disconect any wires and the battery is good and all cables are connected. whats going on. i even checked the fuses but still the car wont do anything. we cant even roll the windows up. so maybe you guys can help me. thanks.
