Headlights are dim on one side??

My driver side headlights are dim compared to the one on my passenger side. It's very noticeable. It's not the fuse and its definately not the bulb because I swapped them out, but they were still like this.

What could be the problem? All the bulbs turn on, its just that one side is very dimmer than the other.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

did you aim the headlights properly? are the bulbs sitting correctly in the housing? double check that. also make sure your lenses are not fogged up or scratched.

It has to do something with the electrical, because I checked the bulb, the socket, connection and the headlights are not scratched or dull.

You sure the grounds are good? Find out which wire on the headlight harness goes to ground...cut it...ground both sides to a common point.
