I need a fast idle valve for my h22 bad and i cant find one anywhere and at honda its a grip. i heard that a civic fastidle valve would fit. is this true? if so what model civic motor? is it direct fit?

Maybe a GSR one will fit? I think tehre FITV is also mounted on the TB also. Best bet would be to check part numbers to see if they are similar.
