Brake Lights wont work!!!!

Just replace the Brake light switch by the brake pedal...I thought this was the problem but they still dont work...Could there be a relay that is blown...Also I cant shift my car out of Park..You can hear the clicking noise but when I press the brake I dont hear the clicking noise....Please Help

Checked the fuse and fuse is fine..The Horn works...Man I need help..I finally get the damn thing running and something else happens..

I just noticed the driver side rear light is staying on..But the brake lights are not working..I looked at the wiring and looks like someone wired up new pigtails for the bulbs...But that still doesnt explain why I have no brake lights and my Shifter wont shift from park to anyother gear..
