Window Problem

my passenger windows shot.

it wines down but doesnt wine back up.
i change the regulator and it does the same thing with the new one. i even change the window switch and that didnt work.

i had to wire my car window to another cb7 window switchand use that cb7 to wine my cars window up.

anyone have a clue what might be wrong?
