    Weird stalling problem

Well, my 90 EX (manual) started doing this weird thing where it would stall out, right when i started it up, or when I'm driving down the street. I'm not sure what the problem could be, and its only intermittent so its kind of hard to check. If I'm sitting in my driveway, it will just stall out as if i took the key out. If I'm driving, it will sorta shake a bit, and die, as if I just let the clutch go in first gear. Also when I'm driving, sometimes the RPM's will just hit 0, and the car will stall, and sometimes it will hit 0, and pop back up like nothing happened. I just changed the fuel filter, plugs, and checked timing. I'm not sure what else it could be. On a side note, it does have a check engine light sometimes (pretty sure its for the speedometer), but I can't find the port to check it. Also, when I first started the car up today, it was only idling at 1000 RPM... Usually it will start out at about 1400 cold, and level itself down to about 700-750. I also have a video of it dying, but all I am doing is sitting in the driveway so you can't see much. Here goes: http://s29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...t=HPIM1949.flv

First of all the two pin connector is under the passenger side dash toward the door. Second clean your IAC and adjust your FITV just for the hell of it and see if that fixes your idling problem.

I can't find the diagnostic connector, I've looked everywhere, hell even other people have looked and we can't find it.

did your replace your rotor and cap?
also check your ignitor, and ignitin coil. a weak coil can cause fluctuating idle and a bad ignitor can mess with the tachometer as well. theres a blue output wire from the ignitor to tach. the wire connector for the check engine light is behind right side passenger kick panel.

Nah fuck all that... haha. I'm getting an H22 here pretty soon and I don't want to put more money into it then I have to. I just want it to go through emissions so I don't have to pay the late fees. Its weird though, it doesn't even do the cold idle thing.. when I first start it up it idles at 800. I drove it today and it didn't stall out once when cold. But I know it should idle at like 14-1500 when cold.
