I have a 93 cb with a jdm h22 stock p13 ecu. i hvae a check engine light but it doesnt come on untill after the engine is started so when i try to pull the code it doesnt work. no blinking. any suggestioins?
next problem is when i step on it, it wont go. it feels like a stock f22. and when i step on it around 3-4500 rpm power drops out and comes right back. another thing is it only lugs and acts *** when the engine is warm. if its cold when i first drive it has good response and vtec pulss hard. i checked the spark plugs and it looks like it's running lean, the spark plugs where pretty white. would a engine thats running lean do that? would a fuel pressure regulator solve my problems? or help
