    f20a intake manifold

I have a sohc f20a. I heard that these engines didn't come with dual intake runners. I have a vaccum on the right hand side of the plenum. It opens and closes something inside the plenum. I noticed that I rev up to about 4500, and the vaccum engages. And under that it releases. I would like to know if the intake I have have is a dual runner or what that vaccum controls.

Im gonna take some pictures tommorrow so you can see what I mean.

    thanks

I have a F20A DOHC and im pretty sure it has duel runners....they kick in around 3600 rpm and i can actually hear and feel the differance (probably b/c im using an F22A1 ecu at the moment the transition isn't so subtle).

we'll check after u put up some pics.
