Idle adjusting

How can you adjust your idle with out a special tool.

flathead screwdriver. right above where the intake tube goes to the throttle body there's a little flathead screw. turn the car on and adjust that until it's where you want it.

Thanks I looked that tube a saw two lil holes I thought something else would have to work

The screw has a cap on it from the factory.
