I like the friction point right off the floor though.

I do not like it when I have to move my foot 6 inches before it engages, then it engages right when the pedal stops moving.
My car is doing that right now too..Sometimes if you just drive it, the friction point is like at the floor and then later on driving it, the friction is like at the end when its almost done releasing it..I had the same problem like you too..right now my car cant shift into gears..Usually after 3 or 4 pump on the clutch would work but didnt..

anyone know where to adjust the clutch pedal? pics would be nice..

Friday I replaced the clutch master cylinder again, and this time put DOT4 fluid in. Bled everything until no visible bubbles. Car goes in and out of gear fine, but I feel like there is no pedal pressure.

Bleed it more =D. Usually when i see no bubbles I bleed it a couple more times just to make sure.

I've got a slow leak... and about once a year, this happens to me, and I get all the same problems (won't go into first or second, and the clutch doesn't disengage until it's pressed almost to the floor).

If I catch it soon enough, I just have to add fluid and drive. If not, I end up pumping the clutch a lot after I refill to get something workable, and then limping around for a few days as the system gradually works out it's bubbles.
