    H22conversion question

I going to do the H22 swap and I want to know do I need to look for manual prelude engines or will auto work. I have a manual cb and just want to put the H22 in not the transmission. So will an h22 out of an auto work with my manual cb

Manual to manual trans I dunno why you would want manual to auto but yea they will bolt up as mentioned since f/h are basically interchangeable.

if the car is manual but the engine is auto. the only difference is the flywheel. take out the flywheel from ur old engine and install it on the h22a with the clutch and pressure plate and put the transmission on and u have a manual. simple as that. so go ahead buy a auto or manual engine they still good.

I dont want auto I have manual but it seems that memphis only has automatics, I was very lucky to get my hands on this one. Ima go around to different shops and yards to see if I can find a lude.

If you get a motor from a wrecking yard, make sure you rebuild it before you put it in your car. Unless you know for a fact that it is a low mileage engine...

If you get a Prelude Si VTEC header, it will fit. I have a Greddy header on mine and it fits just fine...
