oh okay ..... i would change the rotors myself i've seen all the diy's but i dont have the time nor the space to do it ...so i guess i'm going to have to pay the 408 to get them replaced

theres two ways to change rotors one is to split the hub housing into two parts from that pic thats how it looks. and the other way is to remove the whole hub housing and then take the rotor off. ive seen both ways done and removing the whole hub housing seems the easiest plus you dont have to worry about messing with the bearings in the housing like if you split it.

i understand, when i had my rotors done they pressed the hub apart and regreased the bearings. and when my friend did his and just pulled the whole hub off and swapped the rotors i felt stupid bc i could have don what was done at the shop 4 free and not have all that hassle. but most of the parts stores and the honda dealer around here only sell the hub assembly and not just the bearings

don't buy that shit man. u can do it for free. just go to auto zone and rent the tools for free. all u have to buy are the rotors.
check the diy section from time to time. most of the hard jobs in the cb7 probably have a diy in this forum.

That Amazon price is better than I've seen; I've seen it for $250. You'd still have to charge your local Accord buddies a few $$ when doing their brakes to make some of it back.

The GDT5 simply mounts to the hub using the lug nuts and with a turn of the lift bolt, the hub and rotor are removed . The GDT5 works without any hammering or removing any suspension parts, not even the axle.
