ran off the road now... idle problems

well i avoided hitting a deer and took a ditch instead. since my car is on the damn ground it ripped the lip off. messed the front and back bumpers off and busted my radiator. i didnt know my radiator was busted until i got a ways down the road and it got hot on me.... so i ran completely out of coolant.

I bought a new radiator today and installed it and put coolant in it. then i started the car and it ran fine sitting there and idle'd fine.

I get in rev it up and then it starts to bounce revvin from 1,500-2,000 and bounces back and forth. but when it was idleing before i rev'd it up it was sitting at 1k fine.

    HELP! IM LOST

did you bleed the coolant? I dunno if that will fix the problem but I know your supposed to bleed the coolant after adding more...pretty sure at least.

i'd agree. it sounds like an air bubble in the coolant. open the bleeder valve on the thermostat housing to let it out. later.

i'd say just adjust it a little bit. The idle is supposed to be at 700rpms warmed up so just adjust it a little and you should be set.
