Brake Lights Are Very Dim Please Help!!!

I am having a problem with my brake lights, I have a 93 accord 10th ann edition. Everytime i push on the brakes my brake lights come on, but they are very dim, no one would be able to see them in the day time, also when i push on the brakes my horn blow, or atleast try to blow, and i can not get the gear out of park (Auto) it will not release, unless i put the key in the shift release.

I Need Help, any suggestions would greatly be appreciated....

check the bulb connection for corrosion or dirt there seems to be resistance somewhere there. it may also be a bad ground connection may also be dirty. the accord for a cb7 is like a manual tranny it has a fork that let u get out of park to u have to give it a little force. but urs seem extream. mine needs a little force but not that much. tha horn issue is tricke check the connection useing a wiring diagram ok good luck

i think you are dealing with a bad brake switch, or it might be missadjusted.
