Why is My E-Brake Light On?

I have the ebrake handle all the way down ...
    The fluid is fine ...
And the car stops on a dime ...

All brake lights are functional ..
No ecu light is coming up ..
    WTF?

    A Hui Hou !!!

If the fluid is fine then it might be the sensor, I thinks its hooked up the master cyclinder

it could be the little sensor/ switch where the e brake pushes down on

if not that then the sensor on the brake fluid reservoir may be defective. make sure the connection (2 wires coming off the lid) are good.

in theory you would think that means when your light is showing all the time that your brake fluid is low.
