i just put in my h22. but when i bought the motor they gave me the vtec solenoid on the side(dnt ask why). So i put it on and when i crunk up the motor, it gushed out all of my oli in my shop. The rubber gasket on the inside was kinda hard. you think that could be the prob? if so how much will it cost, if honda sells it? My leakes a good amount of oil everyday And I have replaced my gasket twice already. get a new gasket from honda and see what happens. -
Get a new gasket and torque it down to spec.
