i got a problem while in 2nd, if my rpms go from 3000-3500 slowly, once it hits around 3400/3500 the engine will lug around almost the same feeling as when your in first and just releasing from the friction point to soon and the car shoots forwards and back a bit. well when it does that my CEL comes on and stays on until i shut my car off. BUT if my rpms go from 3000 - 4000 at a faster speed it wont do anything and ill be able to do a smooth shift. any ideas of what would be causeing this problem in 2nd?
