Auto Tranny Lock up after Flush?

I went to go get my tranny flushed and have it's fluid changed. When the dude was in the middle of the change, he said that he was worried that if he flushed the tranny that it would lock up. The guy said that how many miles my car has (228400) , it was more likely to do this. Does this sound familiar to any of you?

i have a automatic tranny but i have never heard the tranny to lock up(that's only me who don't know it) what does he mean by "lock up"????

after a while the tranny gets like this film resido if u never change the tranny fluid and it becomes like apart of the tranny u should never flush out the tranny if it has that many miles on it my mechanic told me just to add but never flush it out after u flush it out the tranny it will wear within a couple of months or even days on how hard u drive then u gotta get a new tranny
