bumper placement

so i took off my bumper last night to put a front lip on, but when i put it back on, i notice now it sits about 1cm lower then before...theres now a small gap that goes under the headlights. before it used to be nice and flush...not no more...anyone know why it wouldnt be flush now? all the bolts are in place and everything but its not flush i took it off and re put it on twice and each time it wont go flush. any ideas what i can do to make it look normal again?

Did you put the bumper on by yourself?

If you did, try getting someone to help keep the bumper pushed up in place, whilst you tighten the bolts.

had 2 people working on it, one pushed up while i tightend, theres still a noticable gap.
