Inside issues (Need a fix)-_- Help

Just don’t understand….. I have an issue with my cluster and seatbelts. For some reason or another, my damn cluster in not working at all. No anything for that matter. Also my damn seatbelts in my 91 accord EX (Same Car) will not slide back. I know it’s not the release switch that’s on the door catch. Both of my issues have to come from the same problem. All my fuses under the hood and on the kick panel are fine… WTF anyone have this issue or know what it could be? I did think it was the main relay at first but I did change that out with one from a working car. Still no fix for the issue…. Help

Check the auto belt control unit under the passenger seat. There are two plugs to it and I have heard the box occasionally goes bad.
