Air Fuel Ration and White Valves

I have been playing with my 93 Accord for about a year and a half now. I installed a JDM F22A6 in it. All Stock I though that adding and after market header and cold air intake would be a fun project so I did it yesterday.

Here is what I installed A Megan Racing Header and Cat back system with a Magnaflow high flow cat.

Here is my Question After removing the stock exhaust I noticed the exhaust valve were white, and the 02 sensor was also white. Is this a sign of running lean, or do Hondas typically run this way. The car Seems to have power and stable Idle accelerates smooth and pulls pretty hard under acceleration. Would bumping the fuel pressure with an adjustable regulator help bring it back to a bit richer condition or is this even neccessary?
Momma told me not to look in the eyes of the sun,,,, but Momma that's were the fun is......

When I was at a shop with my brother, a guy was working on his car and trust me he nows his shit.He has ben working as a Certified Honda Mechanic for 12 years now.He said Hondas from the factory run rich.If you do some motor work then you might notice backfiring, so if anything your going to want to lower the Air/Fuel with a regulator.I would say lower it, but then again, im not to sure about the accord, can someone else give there imput
