    Redline MTF

OK, I was going to order some of this Redline MTF I hear good things about. With my synchos going a little bad, figured that it wouldnt hurt.... Anyway... with the manual calling for 10W-40 oil in Tranny, Will this Redline....

be OK with it being a 75W/80W oil? Isnt that a lot thicker? Should I buy some?

On the bottle it says (at least mine did) that it satisfies 10w 40 and also list a couple other weights. Dont worry thats the right stuff

There's also a SyncroMesh "type" fluid sold by Royal Purple but I forgot the name. It's called SyncroMax and I heard it's very good. I haven't used it yet though. I haven't even used SyncroMesh yet and I have two quarts just sitting there, lol.

i used that syncromesh stuff, but i recently had to refill my tranny fluid cause i had to replace my axle seals. i put honda mtf, and it feels just as good. cant go wrong with that and its half the price.
