A little help

O right guys and girls my prob. Is every time my car is on a dead stop or I start moving from a dead stop the car bugs out then it runs fine I have change (Dam forgot the parts name right now) it’s in front of the intake manifold and nothing, I have a friend telling me it could be my tps or a gasket. Let me know if any body could help me out. I have a 92 lx auto.

1. Is it always at the same RPM when it bogs/shutters a bit? If so could be tps.
2. Have you cleaned out your EGR ports before?

it stays and the same RPM'S most of the time some time they jump up and down a bit. When i get the car moving form a dead stop in drags a bit my boy says it because the car is on safe mode cuz of the signal it's sending to the ecu.

EGR ports No i have not dun that.
