Clutch issues?

I have a very strange problem i have never hade or heard of before, So bear with me. My problem is when i start letting off the clutch in first gear from a stop it always grabs in about half way when realising the clutch pedal, but sometimes when i stop and do the same procedure the grab pint or the friction point will change>>>? As soon as i let off the clutch just a little bit it will start to go (grab) but very soft but is not normal. I have bleeded the clutch several times and problem still exist. Now when i pump the petal twice or so before i take off the problem never happens and its normal, but only when i pump the petal. I even think its getting small grinds when i shift sometimes do to this issue. someone please help.

Ps-Its a jdm H22a LSD with XTD Stage 3 Clutch.

Check your slave cylinder? Is any fluid leaking?
