boging issue

ok so heres the deal i have checked everything possible to my knowledge and so far i finall yhae the car running but it wont move very far i let off teh clutch and it boggs bad the injectors are good i just put in a walbro 255 the plugs and wires are brand new that was the reason it didnt run the wires were brand new and garbage the ecu map hasnt changed it is brand new gas and a new fuel filter so doeas anyone have any ideas oh and the head was off last week and no issues there nothing bent and no sticking valves timing is dead on and i am also not getting any check engine light at all anyone have any ideas

Possible vacuum leak, IACV or EGR valve.
