Well,fix one thing something else breaks..lol 
I had a problem with my fan and wired it to the ignition. Anyways, I fixed the problem the day b4, but I guess that fan drew a lot of current and possibly finished off my alternator(which was prolly on its last legs anyway) and driving home from work today my battery and abs light came on.
tested the system and I get 11-12 volts. 9 with all loads. I have never had to change the alternator on this car,I would really hate to replace it with some built in a sweat shop P.O.S. (*cough* advance*cough*)I called the dealer and they said their alts are remans. I wish I knew what kind of weed they smokin cause for a reman their alt. is one pricey mofo.
Then I went over to majestic's website and I think they got the best weed on all four corners of the globe. And I quote $797.22 for a new alt. From majestic
Alright, whats the secret? Where do you get your alternators from? Anybody here ever try a higher ampere alt? How was it and where did you get it from?
