custom header question

Hear is my story. My co-work @ work is planning on making me a custom header but i would like to know if any know the specs on the runners.(i would to do a 4-1 ) i have both h22 and h23 flanges. my setup is for an N/A motor.

pipe size (undecided) (1-5/8") 1.62500" n (1-7/8") 2" runners of the downpipe into 2.5" donut style collector

Material: Mild Steel
