I'm about to pull the head off of my engine and install a rebuilt head that I ordered, but what do I need? Just the head gasket? Or the head gasket set? Both are listed on the Autozone website and there's a big price difference.

I'm putting on a professionally rebuilt head. I shouldn't need to change the valve stem seals eh?I read somewhere that marijuana effects the memory. For some reason I can't seem remember where I read that. -- max sideburn(aka torqstr)

if it was professionally a rebuilt head, then I would think that it was replaced. but I would go for the gasket set because it should come with all the gaskets you need and the orings etc.Originally posted by TorqstrI'm putting on a professionally rebuilt head.
