Headlights Not Working!!!

My headlights are not working at all, ONLY my DRL'S are working. EVERYTHING else works EXCEPT for my headlights. I checked all fuses and relays and found that im getting TWO live positives??!!!
WTF

Anyone have/had this problem.....i dont know where to begin looking

If anyone knows any reasonable shops that would look at it for me that would be great..PM ME!!!!!...it sucks i cant drive at night!!!

you have to positives?? awesome. jp. looks like you got a short somewhere. check if your bulbs have blow.

my bulbs are A ok, i even got new ones and they still didnt work....

or ur harness fried cause thats what happend to my low beam.
