well I am sitting here waiting on my header to arrive when i realise I dont know the torque specs for tightening down my h22 head. if someone could help me out I would be greatly appreciated. I would get a helms but none of the local parts stores have them in stock.

call the local parts stores and ask them to look it up for you !!!! they can .. and if not then call Honda and ask them !! hehehe .. I will try and make it later on tonight after the boat ride !! may not be feeling any pain by then but will try and make it !!! it will be dark though !! see ya !!
