Noise from transmission!!

My car makes almost a grinding noise in every gear including netural except for when I push the clutch in. Is it a internal issue with the transmission. Or issue with the clutch/flywheel/throwout bearing. From searching it seems like my input bearing is bad. How long can you usually drive with it like this. I am doing a engine swap in two weeks. I was going to use my transmision I have now? Can I replace the input bearing

I am reading I dont even have a pilot bearing... What is this noise?
