    Spark Plug Change time ??

    Hey guys
recently i have change the oil (oil was black) and the air filter (my air filter as horrible !) so im thinking i should change the plugs as well, car got crappy mileage at 326 miles when the light came on
and yesterday i had filled half tank and that took me to i think 80 miles till the light came on.
i have changed the oil, air filter, from the top the plugs look new, but i havent popped them out yet
    what do yall suggest ?

you have to check the actual condition of the plugs, get a haynes manual or chilton to acertain the plug status, especially if they're white(overheating), oil soaked(head gasket blown, also valve cover leaking), etc.

well the doofus at autozone also sells NGK sparkplugs for $1.99. Anyways 80 miles to the tank is really bad mileage. You sure yuu dont have another more serious problem like a fuel leak or running rich condition?

If you had to ask if the plugs needed to be changed, then they have been in there too long. Go with the factory suggested ones.
Many hours and a lot of money is spent by the Japanese to study, investigate, test, calculate, measure, modify, and design all the parts of our car. They are fanatical about detail. So always trust Honda when replacing parts.
