It seems to suggest you diagnose the O2 sensor.

Edit- Does the CEL come on along with the "poor driveability"?

I had a problem with code 43 before, It was a problem with one of the injectors. I changed the set and never had the problem.

Check the fuel system, then check the O2 sensor. I had a code 43 and then it started throwing a code 1 which is heated O2 sensor

fuel system...check EVERYTHING...start with Seafoaming!.( like Mike suggested )..to TRY to clean the system!

if it still persists..... check the injectors...FPR...MFR...Fuel injection resistor....check the voltage of the fuel pump (* remove rear seat )

NOTE:..if you're getting a low pressure...you could have a clogged filter..or the MFR..is going bad not sending enough voltage to the pump.....pump could be going out....OR..the ECU itself could be going bad! you could have a/all bad injectors ...you just have to go through the process of elimination! ( test )..it could be something as SMALL as a faulty gas cap seal ( not holding pressure in the tank )
92 LX. A6 with GUDE bullfrog Cam. M2S4 transmission..Gutted H23 intake mani. The rest you will just have to find out!

well i was thinking as SN2BH22CB7 said to check the fuel system... but in the same time the error code comes up while i am driving 50mph and over for 10 min or so. this will eliminate the fuel pomp, injectors and all electrical.

what leaves me is bad ecu, fuel filter, 02 sensor(since its a boch)

i have done a few other reserches and asked a few of my friends who are tuners and they said that code 43 in a accord its a bitch.....
