i swaped a f22a6 head onto a f22b1 block in my 91 cb7 and i was wondering if my f22a1 distributor will work with the f22a6 head i need the answer asap

yes. you should use that one anyway because its internal coil and matches the setup of your car/harness. the f22a6 one would be set up for external coil which would take a little modding to get it to work.
