    oxygen sensor fitment problem

i just received an o2 sensor from a member here and it was from an LX model (sensor up on the manifold). now my car is also an LX, but when i went to plug in the o2 sensor plug-to-plug, it didn't want to go in. it seems like my harness end has 4 little plastic prongs behind each pin, and the sensor plug only has the female ends for the 4 pins, and not the plastic prongs. since it's from an LX a1 motor, shouldn't these be the same plug/sensor?

pics.... you probably left something in the connector itself from the old o2 or you plugged it in the wrong way.
