    code 4

I just finished turboing my f20a sohc and got it running great on correct timming with an mrx chipped ecu with basemap anyways one day when i was driving home i got a missfire right by home so i coasted home killed it and the next day pulled the plugs number 3 was smashed when i replaced them it was fine for about another day then i got a no start and a code 4 crank angle sensor so i put in a brand new dizzy from the junkyard and autozone the car starts runns drives but hits a rev limit at 3500rpm could ye wiring be bad what else should i check? cuz i still get the code even after resetting the ecu

yeah, i'd start with the wiring and have you tried a new dizzy or just a junkyard dizzy, or a used AND a new one..........

try putting the old dizzy back in and see what happens. if they're "all bad" then it's most certainly some faulty wiring.

how are you "erasing" the code? maybe you aren't doing that correctly and it's storing the code and is in a safe mode or something. PM mrx and ask him if anything rings a bell.
....and on the 7th day, deevergote rested and called his mom.
