Clicking noise

I was wondering what does it mean when the dash in your car makes a repeadily clicking noise. It kind of sounds like a directional signal that is about to blow. Its a constant click really fast. I window is broken and maybe can it be because there is a short? Any Ideas?

Try turning off your fan and see if it's still clicking. If something is moving in your dash, and it's not alive, it's getting power from somewhere. The first step to troubleshooting is to isolate the problem.
