ok i have a 91 cb9 with a 98' f23a1 auto

and while drivin at 4000-5000 rpm the car is makin a weird nose plus it not chagin gears its only stayin at 2nd gear

do you think its something with fuel.i did change the pump.

i would say the tranny is going out.. might do a tranny fluid change.

man dont say that.........but i change the fluid like two week ago.and top of that i went to orlando last weekend.

its coming from the engine.
its the sound right before you change gear but it will last for a long time....like i said it dont want change gears.

look at low rpm there is clickin under my car( right under the center of the the two front seats).

but when i hit around 4000 rpm the car does not want 2 change gears.

at the same time this started to happen my gas meter is not workin

i think you have a few problems first, maybe get a video? have you checked all the fuses and stuff?

yes all fuses are fine. like a week ago i change the main relay.

I had a simular problem. Does it work fine when just start it up and drive it and when it gets warn it starts acting up( making that noise and not changing gear like u said)? Thats what mine did so I just replaced it and did an auto to 5spd swap. Then thought to myself maybe it was the silanoids but i don't know what could have been wrong with it. Good Luck.

no.....like this mornin when i went 2 school the noise got strong im thinkin its the driveshaft (i think thats the name)..... ......but once the car warmed up it did not make the noise.only once i got to a light.
