does any one know were i could get the flywheel cover for my p2t4 tranny?

You might want to try the local bone yards. I am not sure if you can get one from a different trans. Another idea is to make your own its only there to keep out dirt and grime and to be able to inspect the clutch.
    I need a 14b or 16g turbo!

You might be able to get one from a diff trans as most of the casings are pretty much the same. Good luck
